For session participants who join without an account, we only collect a display name provided voluntarily and ephemeral session interaction data, which is permanently deleted 72 hours after the session closes.

We use the information we collect to: - Provide, maintain, and improve the Service - Create and manage your facilitator account - Send transactional emails related to your account and sessions - Respond to your comments, questions, and requests - Monitor and analyze usage and activity trends - Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized access We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Facilitator account data is retained for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your account at any time. Session data — including participant responses, votes, and uploaded files — is automatically and permanently deleted 72 hours after a session is closed. We do not retain session content beyond this window. Log data is retained for a maximum of 90 days.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on the Service and hold certain session state. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. If you do not accept cookies, some portions of the Service may not function properly. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: - **Clerk** — authentication and identity management. Clerk processes login credentials on our behalf. - **Neon** — cloud PostgreSQL database hosting. - **Vercel** — infrastructure and hosting. - **PartyKit** — real-time session infrastructure. Each of these services has its own Privacy Policy governing their processing of data.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and periodic security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
